Implement MDS 2.0 and RAI-HC

We assist Complex Continuing Care providers, Long Term Care Homes and Home Care Providers to implement the MDS 2.0 or the RAI-HC to improve assessment and care planning. We provide staff education, using state of the art computer based education software and case studies, assist the home to implement changes to care processes to maximize the system and assist with the analysis of the data to improve decision making and care.
