We assist long term care facilities to:

Our CMI workshops for registered staff assist staff to understand how the Alberta Resident Classification System works, how funding levels for nursing and personal care are determined and how to document to capture resident needs. We assist homes to establish processes that are effective at improving the documentation of care year round. Our approach is proven to be successful at maximizing CMI to reflect the resident population.
